RMA’s (Return Material Authorizations) are tracked from the OEM to the Customer and back. Serial number swaps are tracked so in a trade in you will be able to see the entire history of that item. There are multiple meters to track hours and miles etc. Preventive and Scheduled maintenance schedules are automated with the ability to email the clients with reminders.
